I purchased IAS kit with order id[protected] in the name of Subba Lakshmi. I have not received the product and also I raised for cancellation of the order. Also I have paid EMI for 2 months. For the last 15 days I have been continuously calling Byju's customer care no proper response from them. I'm really frustrated and now they're asking for 3 month EMI. When I already asked for the cancellation and refund, how can they let this happen??.

Updated by Sankari Rajamanickam It's not been resolved yet. They point out different peoples and not giving any proper response. Didn't receive any confirmation for cancellation. CF guy is calling and threatening me.
