Byjus — Cancellation and refund issues

Dear sir/mam
I purchased a aakash byjus class 12 neet pcb live course on 20 june 2022 .
I raised my cancellation request on 30 june . After cancellation request senior manager called me 2 to 3 times and offer me discount then I said I don't want discount only need cancellation. Because I don't understand online live classes and I want to join regular classroom classes. But he was not agree for cancellation. According to refund policy I can cancel within 15 days full refund will be provided. NOW from 8 days I am calling daily on byjus customer support number, support team says senior manager will call you but senior manager is not calling me since 8 days. I am mentally disturbed and frustrated. I want to cancel my purchase immediately and want full refund to my account.
