I have enrolled my child for Grad 4, and paid 36, 500 for the product, the concelor said that there is 15 days trail period, if you do not like the product or any other problem you can cancel the product and take the refund, as my child is not comfortable with the product and due to some financial problem, j have registered for cancellation of the product with Request ID: 28405795
While calling from my registered number to the mentor no. or the call center number, regularly they keep my phone ingaged by the trailer message.
While calling with some other number they ask for the problem and do not process it further for resolution.
I am getting fed up by bad service and unprofessional behaviour.
Please help in faster resolution of problem and help in saving my hard earned money Was this information helpful? |
