Byjus — Cancellation and refund process

As I above mentioned I took this educational package for my sister in which she is studying in 10th grade as mentioned about company policies I have cancelled course within 15 days but it been almost 2 months that the are not responding hence I have paid my 2 emi ..totally byjus is scamming in name of education ...plz help me out to get my refund
