Byjus — Cancellation and return of byjus product.

We have requested byjus to cancel and for return of product many times they are not processing our request. There representatives are not talking properly. We have paid 5000 rps and taken a loan for 51000 rps. Request to cancel the product and refund the amount and cancel the loan application.

Updated by Dina135 We have not received call back from byjus till now. If we are calling they are disconnecting our call once we tell to cancel the order.
