Byju's — Cancellation

I took Biju's subscription on July 20, 2022. And exactly 10 days later on 30th July 2022 mailed for cancellation because I was asked to email. I am making daily calls and emails from 20th July till today but no reply is coming. My installation date has also come near, it has been more than 1 month but it is not canceling.
One, I am troubled by my financial condition and even the stupid ones are troubling me by not canceling.

I was forced to take this subscription fraudulently, even after speaking to me again and again, these people did not listen and said that it will be canceled in 15 days, don't worry.
But today it has been more than 1 month, since not canceled
I had given 5000 rupees in advance, they are also not returning, they say that there is a cancellation charge which you will not get back. Even then I said ok but somehow cancel the subscription of Bijus or else my civil score will be spoiled. Still not canceling.

Please do something for us, I am very upset with this biju''s and my family too because the financial condition of our house is not good.
