[Resolved]  Byju's — cancellation delayed

I have made one time payment of 45000 as agreed. Asked for cancellation of the order. But still emi got deducted. I want my money back and order to be cancelled. Also issue me no dues certificate on priority basis
There was a huge follow up untill i made the payment. But still not received any confirmation about order cancellation. I am very upset because of this. This is inappropriate.

the company contacted me in reference to my complaint against the company. they understood the reason why i dont want to engage with them anymore and why am i asking for refund.they were cooperative and helpful and empathetic.
