Byju's — Cancellation note made and refund not made

I have purchased a course for my son 2nd Grade Cbse . but after 7-8 days he feels uncomfortable with the Tablet and he don't unerstand The Course . I have sent mails Several time to cancellation team but I don't get any response from them.
