Byju's — cancellation of 11th &12th course and refund my money

I have taken byju's course for 4 years i.e 9th to 12th. I want to cancel the course of 11th and 12th standard since my child is taking arts stream. I have applied for the cancellation but there is no response from the team since 2.5 months. I have paid the money for the entire 4 year course that time and I was been told by the byju's executive that I will get back my rest of the money i.e after deducting 9th & 10th course fee in case we discontinue the course due to any changes in the child's choice of subject. Now, they are making excuses and delaying the process.

I want the Refund of my partial amount as soon as possible.
