Hello, I want to cancel my subscription calling since two days I am in my trial period, I have already sent many mails and calls but none hase responded all are telling to wait but I have not gotten a single reply from them I want to cancel and want my money back Was this information helpful? BYJU'S Company is the warrest company, I have sent many mails and had conversation through phone regarding refud Amount of my Daughter (4 std) course. requested for cancellation for the course and fallowed all the procedures to cancel and refund policy. As per the byju's policy whitin 15 days of booking and paid 31000/- Nov 23 2022..still they are not refund the Amount and delaying time for discussion with mentors. when we call to the customer care they said we will be getting concern team will call within 74 hrs.. it was heppens last 3 months we didn't get any call. this is the BYJUS Servces when i met a Hyderguda Branch they told us we are only Mediators, this is your Byju's Services, what is the meaning of BYJUS(taking a JUICE from Customers)
