I sent an email to BYJU's 4th March.. 1 months has been passed almost.. team do not have courtesy to reply on that. I simply requested that my son is not taking interest and i want my money back. During the time of counselling the team clearly said that if your son not taking interest we will refund the amount. Now, 1 month has been passed, they did not have courtesy to reply my email nor refund the amount. Team sent me a message that my amount will get deducted. this type of services provided by the Byju's. Mental harassments for the customers to taking money.. cheat company. I need my money back any how. I will post this to social media and people should know that this Brand is a cheater brand.
