Byju's — Cancellation of Membership ID [protected]

Hi,

I am P.Hemamalini, mother of P.Janani. My daughter Janani has joined Byju’s membership (12th Standard Matrix - NEET) on[protected] and our BYJU’s Account details are provided for reference. (Mobile No: [protected] & ID: [protected]).

We opted for loan financing of 4100 Rs EMI per month for this course. Due to my family situation we are unable to continue/pay for this product. So I request you to cancel this membership and stop the ECS request if any as on dated: 27-Oct-2022.

I tried contacting the person(Mr.Muralidharan, Emp ID:[protected] to cancel the membership but no proper response from him. So take this email as my final confirmation to cancel the membership effective today:27-Oct-22, Expecting a positive response from you.
