Byju's — Cancellation of order

I ordered Byjus kids learning kit by the force and deceiving promise of the councelling member named Lokesh. Now I want to cancel my order, more than 50 times I called the customer care . But no response from the cancellation team.

Updated by Murthy Allamraju A senior manager named aswyara Singh called from Byjus and asked me to pay Rs.5000 and keep the tab and other materials given by them at me. The order cancellation mail will sent to my reg.mail Id. I pay the amount but they didn't send the cancellation link
