Byju's — cancellation of product

I had agreed to take a demo for my daughters for 15 days, but after receiving the product within 15 days tried to contact sales person but he dint responded
after 15 days he said you call customer care for cancellation they confirmed me for cancellation but not cancelled it yet, i still receive messages and calls from capital flot company, Pl resolve my issue at the earliest.
