[Resolved] Byju's — Cancellation of subscription and Refund

I have joined NEET REAPEATER 2022 BATCH.Counsellor in byjus said that we can cancel and refund if we are not inetrest within 15 days trial.I have used for 4 days out of 15 days trial (sd card delivered in25/02/2022).The classes are not good as they have told.They are not response to doubts which i have asked in doubt portal box.they said that they will clear doubts 24/7Ttotally the classes was not as they have told.

So I want to cancel the subscription But when I called them for cancelling subscription and refund they are not responding

so PLEASE HELP US TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY OF 52, 000/-

Updated by jos2002 Byjus called and said there will be call from byjus counsellor within 24 hour for cancellation procedure. But we received no call from byjus. So PLEASE HELP US TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY.
