Byju's — cancellation of subscription

Dear Sir,
I Have enrolled for IAS course, app learning program with byjus, company naming Think and learn pvt ltd. At the time of enrolment i had paid 15000 as a down payment and balance on 12 instalment amounting 3477. At the time of enrolment company representative Mr.Ronu Mondeep Mohanty make me false promises that byjus will provide you weekly calling and full strategic planing regarding courses, but i did not get the thing as promised, so i told them that i am not satisfied with the service kindly cancel my course and intimate the bank through which they have finance my loan. But they denied doing that and now i am getting daily call from bank to pay the balance emi otherwise you will be declare as defaulter. I am totally unsatisfied with the service that is why i want to cancel the course but instead the solution there associate bank sending me notice for monthly EMI payment. Getting threatening call from bank for EMI payment. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to them. I am attaching you the mail conversation and enrolment letter for your reference.
