Byju's — Cancellation of subscription

Dear Sir/Mam
I subscribed Byju online learning for class 7 to 9 for my daughter with the promise to cancel any time before 15 days in case if it is not liked or worth by my daughter but after so many times I requested for cancellation on phone there is no any positive response received by Byju subsequently I mailed for the cancellation 3 times and follow through I got reply that your cancellation request accepted but not any further course of action prescribed by them rather my registered mobile number is blocked by them. Details of subscription is as follows-
