I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered. Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told me to change my handset. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4. Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.
