Byju's — cheating and misleading | |||
Byjus's counsellor mr. Nitin k. S (Byju’s employee id: tnl[protected] had come to my home to convince us about the byju’s app learning program. I was not convinced. Then he told me that i can cancel the program at any point if it is not good for the study of my children. Then, i thought let me see. So, i registered with byju’s for my son and daughter (Sibling package). Total amount of this package was rs/- 86000/. Then, i made a down payment of rs - 8600 /-. Remaining amount rs-77400/- is to be paid by emi through my account only! Here also he misled me! I never knew one so called agency also involved in that!!! I am doing handwork and earning money, for what purpose i need an agency? So your employee cheated me while hiding so many facts. He did not tell us that the cancellation period is of 15 days after receiving the product. So those 15 days went like that but when i noticed that my son is having brain problem (Fits) while using the tab. Doctor advised me that don’t give any tab or mobile phone to my son. My daughter received a defaulted tab and that i reported to her mentor. She told which will be replaced immediately. But not yet replaced, my daughter never used that and your team member’s phones, not at all reachable!! Without using the product, they have deducted the first emi through iifl, which i never going to tolerate, because i never knew he kept one agency in between! I am receiving calls to clear the dues but my daughter and son both are not using the same. My children are not using the same then why should i pay? I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Byju’s learning app is a very big fraud company, and they are not responding to the mail. I don’t know, who had given licence to run a fraud company??? So, please come and collect your product and refund my amount. I want reply as early as possible. Otherwise i will take the next step!! If I have byjus premium I can use the byjus learning app for trial or permanently if I registered with the byjus premium number

They only Need money
Now on my tablet Byjus is not working properly it is keeps on closing it opens the home page then after clicking on a subject it just close not able to study because of this.
For this issue I tried to contact with them but they either don't reply or they will not the call.
I am trying to call them for 3 days but still there is no answer
Pls do something
Before getting money they used to call me every month but after no one calls once they call me for taking live interactive classes of Byjus
After that they called me once again 8 remember they called me at evening to ensure that I am using Byjus

Not clear your videos concept, no any response and guidance from mentor since three months, not following agent promises and commitment, the agent force to me and repeatedly call me for this course,

They're need only money
Pls be aware from byjus councilor. They are completely mis selling. I have several times mail mark to the councilor named Ayush Pati but he is not giving reply on mail. The way they are selling and after the post selling, the commitment they have given completely different. It's a education racket. Don't go with bijus for small kids between ukg standard to class 2. very poor response.
As per their statement, a 5 year kid will give a call to their customer care and their mentor will call back. So, for bijus study first you have to give a phone to ur kids. Case should file against this company for mis selling of product. I have invest 41000 in byjus for my daughter who is in UKG standard. I was thinking the mentor will take classes through zoom call regularly but actually this was not. Don't go with bijus for small kids.

They have not provided the said subject for my daughter's course, they torture as everyday for the payment, at times they threaten us
It has been 2 months since i purchased byjus for my grand daughter. The sales peson Deepak Bhargava impersonated as a manager from byjus and took my money. I told him specifically that i will let him know if i want to continue i will let him know. He took my digital signature and a screenshot of my card and has now taken a loan for byjus without my permission. I keep calling him and he said that he had left the company a few weaks later another mentor took him on conference as he was still working with byjus. He has been lying and now say that i have to pay 86k and the package wont be cancelled. Tr His is preposterous and i need my money back.
My Daughter joined 11th -12th classes, 11th not much issues now 12th very crucial year for studies Byjus cheating and giving false promises when even they call. Whenever the calling person opens their mouth only lies will come out, these issues Byjus CEO Ravindran aware of such filthy issues are going on all over India, No grievances solved but in their site mentioned 100% solved, even their site also speaks lie like mentor and representatives.
