Byju's — cheating , fake promising and misleading.

Byjus's counselor mr. Raunak raman had came to my home to convince us about the program. I was not convinced as i could not understand the idea of online learning for 12 yrs old without my help. I mean, how can that be possible but he ensure that the study material is very good and easy to understand and the mentors will keep a track of her progress and will call her to help and, i can cancel it at any point if it is not good enough so, registered in byjus for my daughter for class 6, 7 and 8th (On 13th jul 2019). I made a down payment of 6000 rs/- rest 54000 was to be paid in emi through iifl. Invoice byjus[protected]

But nothing like that ever happened, he did not tell us that the cancellation period is of 15 days after receiving the product instead he said that we will see her interest for 15 days to see if she is showing interest. So those 15 days day went like that but when i noticed that my daughter is losing interest due to the english language as it was not very easy, i called the mentor and told them about the issue but they did not do anything about it and i am a working in odd shifts and can not be there to help her all the time. Hence i decided to drop it but not no one is listening, customer care team is saying cancellation is not possible i spoke to anisha bhowmick and made her understand the issue, so she asked for a proof and i email her the proof of conversation i had where it was said that cancellation is possible still she did not respond n email and cancelled the registration. I called up raunak raman and told him about the issue but he is not giving any clear picture neither taking my call properly nor telling me the truth. They asked my to pay the emi of 4500 rs but i had already email for cancellation, what do i do with the study material when language is an issue, and you are not helping us. How will my daughter be able to study it. But they are not listening and accepting my cancellation. I am receiving calls to clear the dues but my daughter is unable to learn on it so why should i pay for something useless and not filling my requirement.

This is a very big fraud running by byjus and they are not responding on mail. Their licence should be cancelled.

Please help me to get my money back and cancel it.
