Byjus — Counsellor had cheated me

I Have paid 5000 rupees for the Byjus admission purpose.But My son is not interested in learning with Byjus app So I decided to cancel the Byjus.During the admission, the counsellor had promised me that he will help me to cancel the Byjus courses.After knowing that my son is not willing to study in Byjus, I have applied cancellation. So I asked help from counsellor to cancel my courses.The counsellor told some methods to cancel. After that, the counsellor is not even responding to my call
He had blocked my number.This counsellor had cheated me.Whenever I call him, he send a message that he is busy.After that I had filed a complaint against byjus https://www.consumercomplaints.in.Soon after the next day the cancellation team hadcalled me.They have force my son to learn in byjus but he refused.After that also they are not updating about the cancellation.So please help me to get my 5000 rupees back.
