The Biju's executive by name Murali Krishna Hanumanthu with phone no.[protected] contacted me and gave a demo on 10-oct-2023 and received the content Tablet on 23-oct-2023. He explained and assured that we can cancel the subscription within 15 days of time if we are not satisfied with the content which they provide with refund.
As my kid is busy in his daily school activities we are unable to access the Biju's.
So, we contacted the the Biju's customer care to cancel the subscription on 04-Nov-2023 orally. They said us to send a mail for cancellation of our subscription
first mail sent on 04-nov-2023 at 14.53 hrs.
second reminder sent on 18-Dec-2023 on 22.38 hrs.
till now they have not taken any action moreover the EMI`s are deducting from my bank account .
At the time of demo we paid Rs.10, 000.00 from my phone pe with UTR:[protected] on 10-Oct-2023 at 20.20 hrs. in the favor of Murali Krishna Hanumanthu
More over after contacting the Biju's regarding the cancellation they again deducted the EMI of 4167.00 on 07-Nov-2023 from central bank of india account.
SO, kindly take the necessary action.
