I have been having issues with the tablet, about 10 days back. I stay in Allahabad, UP, and I was given the solution to send the tablet back to Bangalore, get it repaired and then it would be sent Allahabad. The whole ordeal would take about 15 days, which I could not afford to waste. After a lot of arguments the representatives agreed to send demo tablet to me which my tablet gets repaired. It has been more than 8 days since the the office got the tablet, and yet there has been no intimation on the company's side regarding the status. Only when I would pester them to send the tablet to me, they would start resolving my issue. I have also been trying to get a mentor since March. But to no avail. It is tiring and irritating to keep on calling the the customer care again and again to help me solve my issues. Was this information helpful? |
