I have submitted a down-payment for upsc tablet course. My counsellor is gopaliya and she did not complete the procedure of my study kit. Even she does not answer to my call frequently. It had been past days when i had submitted the amount. I have not received any word on it since then, no confirmation, no tab received yet. Please help me regarding this inconvenience.
