Sir, Your representative visited our home on 20th February and explained a product for our daughter. We booked the product and made a payment of Rs. 5000/- via link he shared to us. We kept the registration process pending and requested him to confirm on tomorrow after making some more discussion with our family, if we would want to purchase the product. Next day we called him and told that we didn't like the product so don't want to purchase the product and requested to refund our booking amount of Rs. 5000/-. We got informed that we will get the refund but it may take some time to process.
