[Resolved] Byjus — ECS MANDATE presentation through my bank account paying off the EMI & also mental harassment & blackmailing from Byjus | |
I opted Byjus on May 12th, 2020. My EMI started on July 7th, 2020. My Monthly EMI is of Rs.3750. Each month on 7th the amount is deducted from my bank account. I missed one of my EMI on Sep 7th, 2020. That too I paid off on Sep 12th, 2020 through Gpay. I missed my 2nd EMI on June 7th which was my last EMI & my loan for 12 months to get ended. But due to lockdown & financial crisis I was not able to pay the EMI. Also, I informed this to the concerned team. But after informing still they presented ECS MANDATE & it got dishonoured. Due to which my bank has deducted the dishonoured charge of Rs. 300. In this financial crisis I lost my money of Rs.300 pn Jun 7th, 2021. I paid the June month EMI on July 5th, 2021. After paying off the Last EMI still they presented the ECS MANDATE on July 7th, 2020 on my bank account & I lost my Rs.300. Such a indecent and cruel response from Byjus. First of all, if we missed any of the payment, then they starts torturing us by calling daily 30 - 50 times. The calling time starts from exactly 8 am till night 8 pm. I have never see no such a tortuous Company. What is the difference between the money lender and this do called Byjus learning platform company? There's no difference at all. Everyone are killing and torturing the customer daily. Why the government can't see this? Why there is no action taken against these Byjus company? Ultimately, we middle class people are suffering due to Covid Pandemic and lockdown. I wanted the government to involve in this matter & take action against this ECS MANDATE & torturing from Byjus learning platform. This Byjus company must be sue and punished by the government. My foot Byjus system generated calls. What are they trying to prove? Are they really helping kids in education or really torturing the parents ? I request the Government to take severe action against the Byjus
