We subscribed for Class X (SSC Maharashtra Board) by paying Rs. 29000 on 01st July (Reference ID - BYJUS[protected],

We are not satisfied with the course content and the application, also your team is not coordinating when required any support they are just playing passing the ball,

Two lectures are held at same time, when raise a complaint we get information that it is technical issue which will be resolved, but nothing happens,

Class X SSC Board syllabus is not upto the mark, chapters are missing,

Test papers are not linked properly for SSC Board they are linking CBSE exam paper, when we complaint they say it is technical error,

When we request for refund through sales person or mentor we get message "Than You for your message, We are unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible" but nobody care to callback, they even stop answering our calls,

We do not want to go through all this for the entire year,

So please process my refund request and refund money back.

      I am Sarthaki Saha, student of class 6, CBSE.I subscribe bujus classes for 1 year and accordingly I have attend Byjus classes April and May, 2021.But unfortunately after 30th May, I am unable to attend classes and app is showing Subscription expired whereas I have taken one year Subscription ie till 2022.
      In this regard so many times I have communicated with my mentor and other associates including technical department but till it is unsolved.
      So I am requesting you to look after the matter and solve it as early as possible. I hope you take this mater urgent basis. It is bad impression for your company also.

        1) I applied for 24 month of EMI on my Axis bank credit card and Mr. Dev confirmed me on call and whatsup that same has approved but as per you still it's on 12th month emi. False confirmation by Byjus.

        2) He confirmed us that on daily basis there will be a live class of 45 mnt scheduled but some one (mentor)called and he told that he will not take any class. Again false information by Byjus.

        3) Since last 3 month TAB and workbook given to us but till date I have not received any communication related to classes and when things will start. I also informed them to block other sites from TAB same was not done.

        4) I want to cancel this service and want my amount to be refund, for cancellation I am calling byjus customer service, spoken with Mentor, spoken with Finance team, mail sent but nothing happened and no response from byjus team

                I have taken a course for my brothers in byjus before 6 months, firstly byjus salesperson told us that they will provide online classes every day as well as recorded classes, we thought they provide one classes every day, after that they provide only recorded classes, this is fraud happened with us, we don't want to continue this course, want a refund and I will send their tab to byjus address, in last month, they asked us to pay emi money, and will close the query, and I paid 2 month emi also, but now they are again calling and harassing to pay the money, please solve this issue

                  I have taken byjus on March 11th 2021 for my son 2nd to 6th standard... The counselor said they provide a best mentor support for my son till 5years but it has been 3 months no mentor support till now... In this covid pandamic situation I'm not able to pay emi I request for a cancellation because as they promised they did not appoint any mentor for my son... So please help me out of this want cancellation.

                    I'm Father of student Mimansa Chowdhury. After three months of giving payment mentors stopped contacting the student. I want to stop the installment right now from this July month whatever I paid Byjus refund it and take the tab, bag, books whatever you gave us. It's a kind of cheating in the name of student. We are not satisfied with the teaching process.

                          I applied for refund 3 months back within 2 days of receiving the tablet course. I have been calling them day in, day out during these 3 months but of no avail. Every time I call them, they say 'will call you within 4 hrs'. But most of the time, I don't get a callback and when I do, they repeat the same thing ' we are working on your request'. I am mentally drained out and feeling exhausted chasing them for my money. The course was worth 90k and it is creating a big hole in the pocket unnecessarily. Please, I request you to take note of my pleading and refund my money back. You can keep both 28k that you have deducted as EMI till now and your tablet and course books, just cancel my subscription which will at least stop further EMI deduction. Please help.

                            I have taken a course of three years 10th, 11th and 12th from byju's For fee of rs. 75000. which is taken by me in 1 year only.
                            Now i completed my 10th class form Byju's tablet and it was fine because your course was in both the languages.

                            But when i started 11th class, i find that videos are in English audio only.
                            Which is very very hard to understand for me i am living in a vilage where no English tutor even in school no english is read.

                            So this course is useless for me if it not in hindi you should told me earlier, but you have taken the full fee in 1 year only.
                            I don't have enough money to buy another course.
                            So please help me. I request you
                            Please make my videos in hindi or return my 11 & 12th fee so that i can buy another course from any other company which is in hindi.
                            This is very imp. Time i have to do good in my exams in 12th boards and jee mains.
                            If you not help me my future will be wasted.
                            Please refund my fee or change my language.

                              I am the brother of Krishna Gupta he subscribed to the Byju's Course for Class 11th and 12th which include both live sessions and Video Lectures.
                              Its complete package cost is 121000Rs. It's going to be a month now.

                              But now he got admitted to the best Chandigarh School. Like every parent our parents, also want Krishna to study in a good environment where he gets good personal attention for his academics.

                              As his school is going to start I want to pay his school fees and due to covid, we are going through a bad financial condition. we have a requirement of money so we connect to Cancellation Team, Bijys Mentor but no action were taken from their side to cancel the subscription and refund the money. I am mailing them for the last 10 days, they reply but no action. I had faith that I get help from this platform. Till now I had given them 5000Rs.

                              Please help me get rid out of this situation.

                              Update: After a long discussion on the Krishna study while seeing this covid situation we all decided to cancelled all the plans to admit him to any school outside school. He will be studying at our local school. After taking the 15-day trials we don't find the Byjus course suitable for our son we have changed the plan to take any online course. Krishna will prepare for JEE as well as NDA both from home by self-study. His brother will be available for his assistance and guidance.

                              I request you to look into the matter. We don't find the course suitable during the trial period. We want to cancel the subscription and refund our money back also stop the auto deduction system from a bank account. And Refund our money back as soon as possible.

                              Till now no action is taken from Byjus. They neither refund or cancel my Subscription. Any time from my bank account amount can be deducted it create trouble for me. Already we are going through the bad financial condition and this make it more worst.

                              After multiple calls to Byjus Team, they not responded. Neither did they cancel my subscription nor they refunded my money. Today call comes from the bank your instalment for byjus course will be deducted.

                              I request you to stop this byjus from torturing parents at the mental level this is a big crime. This is the last update I don't know what I will do next.

                                I have paid byjus subscription for this year along with tablet on 01.06.2021.but till now i didn't receive any message or email confirmation from byju regrading my order and their is no tracking details about when i will receive it, if call byjus the call goes to the mentor, he never response, the customer call number says you will get a call back after 15 minutes but no one turns, when i personally called the mentor and inquired about my status he says they are making ready of the SD card and he never committed for the delivery.If i ask him let me know the date when i will exactly receive my order, he says that i am argont, what a service you provide hats off.
                                So i very much disappointed with your service please kindly cancel my order and refund my amount at the earliest iam sharing you the payment details for your reference.if there is no response to this mail also, i have just planned a log a complaint, Hope you will solve the issues.
                                This is for your kind information when you were asking for payment you wanted me to make within 5 minutes. When it comes for service you say the customer is argont, what a service.

                                  I am a subcriber of byjus they told me we give live class . Then when i got the tablet, it was same like byjus some maps and something are only there. Then after two months my mom got mad and called them. They said that we send plans every month. Then after the call we get much eMail on the date like may and june
                                  After the call. Then my mom scolded me. It's 2 months using byjus. But i want to cancel my program its to bad i want all my moms money. She can use it in heredical purpose. She is a sugar patient. She can use it for chains. She had barely one chain. We gave total 48, 000 rs. Please solve it sir i want to be cancelled from that program.

                                    My Daughter Nikita C is been registered for

                                    Her Class days were Monday/ Wednesday / Friday. But it got changed automatically to Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday about 4 weeks back. She tried to resolve her self talking to mentor, but it didn't get solved. Subsequently, i spoke to few people including the people who handled the admission. But none can resolved the issue till date.

                                    Now its been showing as subscription expired.

                                    Honestly, very disappointed as no one could even trying to take responsibility to resolve this issue.

                                    As a final resort, i am mailing to this email and will wait in case if gets resolved. If not, we have no choice than pursing the case to cancel the subscription and refund our money.

                                      One of the representative of byjus ( Mr Sriram) had visited our place for promoting the byjus online classes product for 11th and 12 th std. on 14th of feb 2021. He explained us every thing regarding the product. As our child was studying in 10th std.at that time of period we told him that we will pay the fees on the same day ie 14/02/21 but the 11th std classes we would like to start in the month of may ...so that her 10th exams will be finished till that time and she can focus on 11th std . and the demo classes of 15 days trial would start on that day onwards, . we also told him that we will confirm the date to when we will like to start.
                                      He agreed for the same .
                                      On 2nd of may we whatapp him to start the demo period . for that he replied back that it will start from 3rd may. So the classes started from 3rd may 2021.
                                      on 12th may we replied them telling to cancel the product and pl refund our amount since my child was not able to follow what they teached..We mailed them many times to all the mentors who had intracted with us regarding this issue and to their support email also...but everything in vain...these people didnt even reply to all the mails marked to them.
                                      We have even sent them the audio recording of the Mr Sriram agreeing to the 15 days demo trial...but that to also in vain...we made them many calls also but they said they cannot do any refund...putting all the blame on sriram and telling us their policy terms.
                                      Regarding Sriram it is their internal matter ...that they should resolve it internally, we dont have to do anything on that...but we should get back refund as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam

                                        This is Mohammad Subhani Parent of MD Abdul Kareem Moinuddin & Victim of your Byjus poor practice's.

                                        Mr. Hari Sai Krishna Valluri (Mentor / Marketing Guy/Counselor or Some thing else)... he never presented his full style address., Approached me on 11th June 2021 & asked us to join in a Zoom Meeting so that he can explain about Byju's which parallelly benefit our children to have better educational prospects.

                                        We entire family, joined in a zoom meeting & learned about Byju's & its educational aids. He & his Manager (Don't know his ware abort's), insisted us to decide on the offer either take or leave basis., i asked them for 2 days time to decide.

                                        On 14th June, after several offers made & after several bargains, i have paid INR 55, 000/- (Fifty Five Thousand only) through my Credit card, which was acknowledged.

                                        Now the Issue is:

                                        We have discussed for a Package as below:

                                        CBSE Syllabus
                                        Byju's home learning program (BTPL) 9th & 10th Class along with 8th Revision
                                        Weekly Thrice On-line Classes
                                        Weekly Once - Clarification Class
                                        Samsung 10' TAB
                                        Study Material
                                        Work books etc.,

                                        Payment Package :- 55, 000/- (INR Fifty Five Thousand only) Full & final Payment.
                                        Payment Made - Pay U
                                        Payment ID - BYJUS[protected].
                                        Payment Date :- 15th June 2021.

                                        Every day i requested Mr. Hari Krishna to confirm me the details through e-mail, we have discussed against the payment, every day he skipped or escaped to do so, at last he sent me the details on 22 nd June 2021, with wrong entry's which was replied to be corrected.

                                        After one week, i received a call from your call center that they are going to deliver me the packet with Andhra Pradesh State Board Syllabus, I surprised & asked them that my children are studying in CBSE & discussing about the CBSE Syllabus, even our Mentor / Counselor Mr. Hari Sai Krishna knows the Syllabus & even School of my children studying in & i made him clear several time about the Syllabus & other things.

                                        A random Guy calls every day from call center & enquire about the same things & i never, never got any support from your Call Center except some foolish questions.

                                        After 12-13 days received some couriers from BYJU's which were rejected by my end as these are wrong products., (State Board Syllabus, 10' Lenova Tab)

                                        NOW THE THINGS SURPRISING ME :

                                        1. I have never received any invoice from Byju's after getting payment credited to their account.
                                        2. No Enrolment Number, No Verification.
                                        3. There is no Such a system existing to track.
                                        4. Rude & Un-Trained Call Center Staff.
                                        5. How can a guy can do marketing with out disclosing his Contact Number, Employee ID, Designation & also no Signature in e-mails.
                                        6. Lakh of control on Marketing & processing system.

                                        All the Conversations between the counsellor / Mentor Mr. Hari Krishna have been attached here with for your disposal.

                                        I need a quick resolution at earliest possible.

                                        I can not spend more days into this Crap.
