I am a tablet student of byjus program
Its showing me a pop up message of application expired and asking for entering a code.kindly solve this issue asap....

I have bought the Course o[censored]psc Ias in march from Byjus ..i only received the sd card..i inserted the sd card on my previous tab but the sd card was not working..it showed that the sd card was not working..then again i reached the customer they told you will replace anither one..nect one came it was alsn not working.
I have paid initial amount 5000 and an emi for 4000 total 9000 i have paid but still now the third sd card came ut...

When I use byju 's I get low marks on exams and they are not responding for calls and mails but asking money...

Without even checking from his list. He is calling and harrasing again.
Even after the payment is done he is harassing and threatening to call again and will make 15 calls more to harass me...

Your staff talked rudly with me .. tell him to deal nicely .. his mobile no is [protected].....

Plz cancel our 2 admition which we had done for my children. I was calling ur all but not receiving any call. This covid situation we are suffering lot of finacial difficulty plzz sir our request should be accepted becoz we are facing lot of problems. Plzz🙏🙏...

I am Rohit Ranjan. I had taken BYJU'S UPSC tablet course in 2nd week of March. I applied for refund within 2 days of receiving the tablet, well within their limit of 15 days trial period. It has been almost 3 months, I have been chasing them vigorously through mails and calls. But they are not responding and processing my request. 90k is a while lot of money and it's is causing me severe mental stress and trauma. EMI of 7k is getting deducted...

Actually i'm shifting along with my brother in boarding school in sikar and any electronic gadgets are not allowed there, strictly. This is an genuine reason. I haven't even received tablet (which is good) because if I won't be able to continue further so the tablet is also not useful for me. I got to know about thi style after placing the order of byjus. My order was confirmed yesterday at 9:30 Am only.So I want byjus team to return my amount...

As usual, Byjus also got bitten by the success.
### programs, mentor rarely responded and that with wrong information.
I subscribed tthere 7-8 standard program for my daughter and based on my query they provided me monthly class schedule which somehow never follows. On raising the same, till yet vague replies from the mentor. 0 CUSTOMER service. I wuld suggest you to better go for other classes and Byjus after enrollment sucks....

That u people have given a number for a call. But it is not functioning. 15 days back I asked mentor for payment sheet. She said that she will raise the same to financial team. But even today I didn't get any cal from u. Moreover for assistance we r not connecting it numbers...

I was an employee in Byjus, salary was not credited to my account, despite sending mails repeatedly no response was their my employment id : TNL71854703...

I got the back by 3rd April 2021, by 8th of that April itself I have initiated for return and refund. From that day onwards I'm keeps on trying to them. No one was properly replied. All told it registered kind of and all.

They have debited my first due by yesterday and now they were abusing like you have only 2 options 1. You can face legally which will cause you to pay 1.5 lakhs in return that also case will drag for 3 years...

This is Ganesh, I took byjus product during April 10th . And after usage & due to covid -19 effected family I informed byjus people for cancellation within 10 days . And the customer support team responded & made initiated the request . And during that they informed me about to talk with kids . So, our family is in health crisis and hospitalized & not in a situation to get back . So, they politely said you have time till May don't worry ..etc...

Incentives for my performance of october 2020 and november 2020 was not paid by the company .
