Byju's — False Information for enrollment

At the time of first counselling, Mr Harsh and Ms Roshni were there on the zoom meeting and after initial brief I have asked if the classes are being conducted along with school syllabus? Mr Harsh replied me back with affirmative answer saying the mentor will be in touch to do the needful. I was quite resistant for EMI payment as I know the EMIs like you get all the money from my credit card and then credit card company collects in instalments so Byju’s will have no liability. Because I wanted my daughter to have support for her school education I have asked the question regarding maping along with school syllabus 2-3 times. I never wanted her to learn in 2 different systems. In general in most school it goes like 1-2 chapters of stats, 1-2 chapters of algebra and 1-2 chapters of geometry in maths or for social science it is like 1-2 chapters of History, 1-2 chapters of Civics and 1-2 chapters of Geography. But this is not the case with Byju’s and this is what I didn’t want that is why I asked that question.

Along with the cancellation, I am raising a concern of FRAUD conducted by Mr Harsh by providing wrong information and took money from me. Mr Harsh gave me wrong information even though I asked him twice regarding the byju’s syllabus to go along with school syllabus because I believe he was only concerned about me enrolling my daughter for the class. This is unethical sales practise to get money from client with false promises. If I would have known about byju’s classes (online or offline) not being conducted along with school syllabus then I wouldn’t have paid a single penny for the course.

Additionally, I have never seen as pathetic and reckless services before. Mr Harsh who could see all the messages and reply back and also pick up the calls promptly at the time of enrolment, never even bothered to reply back after getting the money. Completely ridiculous and irresponsible. This is typical mentality of anything for deal done and who cares later because my job done. This ignorance strengthen the confirmation of FRAUDARANT behaviour. Attachment is the snapshot of conversation with him where after receiving money there is no response from him.

I have many more to say but I can’t write all of them, I strongly ask you to refund all the money including processing charges and other losses. I also demand compensation for:
a) Taking money by giving false information
b) So called BEST BYJU’s WORST services and even ridiculous and irresponsible counsellor like MR HARSH CHAUDHARY
