Byju's — For Cancellation and refund

I am forwarded so many email but still no any response today is the date of First EMI but program still not cancelled and also Loan process cancelled I am trying to contact BYJUs company but no any response this is the last option for consumer complaint. Please help me.

Updated by Bosh No till now i am not getting update and one more complaint loan process still going on EMI is also bounced.
