Byjus — fraud and delay in refund

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have been duped by Byjus who have neither delivered their products nor processed my cancellation refund. I have demanded cancellation for the below mentioned 2 applications/subscriptions of my kids aged 10 and 5 years. The service/products were not delivered within 3 days as claimed by their Business development Associate - Venkata Raju. I paid a deposit of 25k on 17th November 2019, the date of submission of applications.

The BDA has misled us with false information, he is evasive to our calls and messages.

Tired with their callousness with no response/action after multiple calls to their customer care made on 24/11, 25/11, 26/11, we raised cancellation request on 26th November. Subsequent followups on their customer care on 29/11 and 2/12 has yielded no result except same false response from them saying that someone from their team will callback within SLA of 24 - 48 hours.

No ONE has reached out to us from their cancellation or sales or customer care team.
