The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.

wrong syllabus

I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product....

taking more money by fake loan application which is not signed by me

On october 2018 miss madhumitha from chennai byju’s sales sold learning app with tab for total rs 55000, by rs 10000 as cheque and balance rs 45000 as loan from capital float.
She informed me that the company will debit my savings account directly for rs 4500 per month to a tenure of 10 months totally without any intrest.

We had finalised and closed the deal and given a cheque for rs 10000 and signed some documents...

cancellation and refund

I took byjus ias tablet course and i got it on 23 october 2019 and used it for over a week and i have not found byjus ias course much relevant for my preparation and i am not comfortable with lectures and wording used in lectures on maximum of the subject of ias course hence i do not found suitable for preparation and according to refund policy of byjus within 15 days
But i did not get any response from byjus team

cancellation of byju's package

I have already informed byju to cancel my package multiple times to customer care and per phone as well. Also, i asked to refund the ecs amount asap.

I tried to get in touch with byju representative "tanmay", emp id: 21827897 over his phone, however, he never bothered to pick up the call. Perhaps company standards and customer support are trained in this way to not respond at all.

software issue

A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

connectivity issue

I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. unethical delivery person

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday.. It was a partial cod order wherein the part payment was already done. badly packaged

My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet......

technical issue

Their customer service is bad quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work there must be some technical issue because of which the tab is not working....

I took byjus package in oct 2019 start and my trial period ended by 21 st october 2019 and i placed cancellation request much before it. The amount got charged to my hsbc account as emi but still the company is not reversing charged amount or coming to pick the product. It was registered in name of student aanya jain. I have placed more than 20 calls since cancellation but nor the education counsellor who sold it nor the cancellation department...

executive trap byju's

That executive name is ghansyam... Before taking he informed us any time you can cancel and refunded the fund. Now he saying they not told like that. So i not recommend this to any one. Because it's trap after collecting whole amount. So rethink and pay for this byju's learning app.
If it is a good organisation they would have helped customer and solved it....

tab not charging

I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried...

badly packaged
