Dear byju,
I have taken the byjus pakage on[protected] during one of your team member has visited at our place for my child tanmay sharma.

During conversation i have paid 5800 amount with my debit card and she said rest payment will be deduct from my credit card on monthly basis as she has done herself the procedure.

But i have received my credit card bill they have charged rs 2921 (Interest, late fee charges).

For that daily i am talking from last 10 days with byju customer care no. ([protected]) and discussing with mentor but not getting the proper response.

As it is not my fault so requested, kindly immediately adjust above amount and start emi on monthly basis to avoid daily interest and late fees charges by hdfc bank.

Requested kindly

1) immediately start emi as daily interest charges is adding by bank which again will come in next billing cycle.
2) adjust extra charges of cost rs 2921/-
Which had been added by bank due to lumsum amount.

Regarding this i am continuously mail to press, supoort, [protected]@byjus.com but it very surprising and disgusting no reply is coming from your side.

Also i discussed with mentor and mailed to her but not replying and giving any answer.

    We bought byjus for our son of 7 years as sales person said try for 15 days, if you don't like you can return everything and everything will be refunded. I said ok let's try.

    Then i asked sales person to extend the trial period to 2 months as 15 days doesn't give clear idea whether to continue for 3 years or not.

    Sales person told me ok he will request his team for the same and will get it done. Nobody contacted me, i asked again, he told me he will speak again but i understood after 15 days that he didn't request anyone about this as when i talked to mentor, she said nobody requested for extension and extension is against policy.

    Now, i want my money back and sales guy is simply cheater and must be fired immediately.

      Byju’s representative anurag mishra visited my house on 30th sept. 2018. He processed registration and get forms signed by me stating that it was registration formability. Also, committed that we will receive tab in 7 days but we received it 9 days later.
      By the time we receive it my son’s semester exam started so did not operate it in exam period. So it took more time for me reply on cancellation request. If i had receive product in time i could have reply in stated 15 days timeline. But since received product late and it all end up with submission of cancellation request after 16th day which is quite logical and justifiable. But byju’s seems not doing ethical business. They looks more interested in selling their product forcefully.
      I submitted cancellation request and assumed that now it will be processed. No communication even form mentor. As the product sold by giving wrong information under the name of scholarship. I had given request for cancellation but there was no response to the mail and on phone they are just misguided by saying that ignore the calls so i stopped that ecs immediately by the way. We are getting continuous calls from byju's finance regarding the payment and saying that they have no updates from cancellation team. As the communication is only from one side. Whenever we call helpdesk they do not provide any resolution on cancellation. Every time the new person calls and ask the reasons. Since from last one year i have communicated everyday with new person and given the reason about the cancellation every time with communicating 40 to 50 min. Which is quite traumatic as i have to explain everything newly to him right from start.
      It should be obligatory to byju’s to make call after 15 days to verify on processing request which is right & ethical way of doing business. Byju’s is big fraud and think twice before entertaining their fake sales persons. They will process your request and emi without any consent from you. I am still following up for cancellation and soon will file legal complaint against this unethical business firm.
      Please call if anyone want to join to file complaint jointly. Let people make aware of their unlawful working style and fraudulent business.

            I took a trial version through byju's app and once trial version ended it asked for payment. I did the payment of rs 23, 000 through my credit card on their app's citrus payment gateway on 31st july 2019 and the amount was deducted and it showed as success. But even after several days i wasn't able to access the app. So i wrote a mail stating the above and got a reply from one mr. Abhishek ranjan of byju's order management team on 07th aug 2019 stating that the earlier payment transaction (293439) through the app will be reversed in 5 to 6 working days and asked me to pay a fresh transaction through the link they provide via mail. I paid as advised and the app started working. Since the earlier transaction was made through payment, he advised that the payment will be refunded back to the same card. So i waited for the next card statement to come. But the refund didn't get updated anywhere till date. Whenever i contact byju they give vague answers that the payment is with the refund team, the cancellation team and so on. One day they called and informed me that the payment has been refunded on 23rd nov and gave me a ref, no: cms[protected]. But when checked my savings and credit account, the amount was not credited. When informed them they too don't know what to say and they are fooling like this. There's not even a single person in the byju's hirearchy who has a sense and responsibility to solve an issue. I have patiently given them all the details they have asked related to the transaction and still struck. I repeatedly asked their offices to guide me through the proper channels to get refund, but they follow only one methodology that to call their customer support which is connected to the class tutors. No way to contact any responsible person. You call support & its always cyclic from the beginning story. Fedup & tiresome. Request you to please assist me in getting the refund from them.

            Got the refund after 5 months, non stop follow. It was a duplicate payment and they dragged this much. Honestly speaking, Byju is an irresponsible company, never addresses even genuine consumer complaints to their satisfaction. I had a huge respect for this company as it climbed on education front, but really let me down, such a stupid administration. The mystery is how this company grew with all its failures at customer end.

              @byjuraveendran need your help. Pls, look into the refund policy. Ur team is unable to help, compliant them several times. I need a refund for 5 years' prog. I purchased as it is not fruitful for my kid. Even the refund policy not told by counselor sahil pahuja at the time of selling.

              Don't purchase the product as they don't listen to the customer after taking your money. I have purchased package for class 4-8 in the month of october 2019 and found that the curriculum is not matching. Mentor telling me the reason - this will happen for class 4 and 5. So it is just a waste of money for me and on asking a refund. They are not reverting on emails. Mentors give a call saying that policy is for 15 day refund and now the refund not possible after 1 month. Such a pathetic company and mentors, lots of emails sent for a refund but not listening to customers and shouting on customers that do whatever you want we will not refund. Even cancellation team is not reverting on emails. Not a customer friendly company and waste of money. Requesting all parents not opt for this product.

                We were contacted by deevesh, byjust sales guy, we my son was using byjus app. He took appointment with us and visited our home.
                He explained advantages of taking byjus package; out of which 2 were student will be regularly contacted by friend like mentor and will be clarified on doubts related to what was taught in school and byjus will provide customized syllabus in the table as they have tie-up with the school when we mentioned my son's school follows their own curriculum. Also we were told that we can try the product for 15 days and then return if we do not find much use of it.
                When mentor, arpitha, called us for the first time, i set these expectations. But she denied to this telling till 7th standard, they give common syllabus and only once a week there will be call from the mentor. I clarified her this was not told us when we bought the package and she promised to check with deevesh and come back to us which never happened. At the end of 2 weeks, we decided to return the package and called byjus. Sameer came into picture as arpitha was absent and he promised that they will map the syllabus according to school syllabus and send it in excel whenever there is a mis-match and also told student would be contacted as promised by deevesh. He convinced us this way and we did not cancel. We also contacted deevesh and he mentioned that he has also internally escalated and mentor would be changed for my son as she is not senior enough to handle the student.
                But syllabus was never mapped and also no proactive calls from them for 2 weeks in a row. We tried escalating through byjus link, but no response received after 5 days.

During the booking of the tablet i was given an assurancd that the quality of the video lectures is going to be the best and it will surely boost up my performance in exams.                       Was purchased the product 4 months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount. Refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 3075 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refund the amount.

                        I have bought a priduct of your from your person aastha shukla but she hasnt told us about any return policy but we called her within 15 days to return it she picked the call first time and saod ok i will do something bit afterwards she disint picked any calls we were not knowing about the cancellation process as cancellation details was not provided to us afterwards after cancellation period was over there was a call for the emi of the product we refused to pay it and said please take your product back and dont refund the money 15k which we have already paid but take your product back and they refuse to take it back we did the mail also afterwards but there was no response regarding that again they called us and they said you have to take the product we cannot cancel it and i spoke to a person of byjus only and i saod him as there so many complains of yours so he said yes we know but still nothing happend to our company you have the pay the money and there are so many calls from you guys its such an harrasment for us we are not going to pay any emi as it is fault from your side and from your sales person and you all are harrasing other people you all guys should be ashamed of yourself and as you all also said that you will release reports of our so in future we will be troubled i swear guys i havent seen such persons like you all stop harrasment first be loyal to your all customers as the syallabus and topics are not matching to my childs syllabus we are going to take it.

                            On october 5th 2019, a representative (Mr. Ashwin - [protected]) from byjus arrived voluntarily to our home and brain washing my child and wife to make them to enroll course worth rs. 28k and he also got rs. 2.8k as advance and made a finance option through bajaj finserve (Emi option)
                            I then objected and cancel the course there itself and get back the advance (Rs.2.8k) there itself, then your representative left out saying everything will be cancelled out. But after a month i was deducted an amount of rs.2976 from my bank account through bajaj finserve.
                            Its very pathetic from byjus side, i haven't enter into the course but you charged me for the course. Talking to your call center they told me to send an email.

                            I want all the course to be cancel out and return my amount immediately.

                              I told the mentor to cancel the product within 15 days but he did not go along the process. The councellor fooled me by saying that he have filed an application for the cancellation of the product but he did not. I was not told about the email cancellation process by the councellor and now when i am askin them to cancel they are saying refunds can't be done. The councellor "saket singh" has blocked my phone no. Since last two days. I need the money to be refunded please

                              I have opted Byjush learning course for m son in 4rth class - Saksham, but after using it we realized it is not useful for him and device is also not suitable for read and understand, as it is very basic and small tab . So requested for cancellations through email 30.11.19 and tele call on[protected].12.19, within the trail period of 15 days before that also I had feedback and complaint to mentor and customer but they keep on telling they will arrange call etc. Tab was received in 17.11.19.

                              till now no body have contacted to completed the process or guide further for refund.
                              please convey them to process fast and resolve this complaint

                                The byjus team. Called me a first time they told me to take jee package to complete your dream then counsellor. Also told me to take jee package even though he know that jee is required is not required for me they told me it is necessary to jee package to complete your dream i make a purchase. Of 72500. Now i am feeling depresses because i wasted my father's money i am feeling very shamed because. They trusted me and gave couses. Atlast i will to them who are seeing this think 100 times before taking. Course from byjus. They are cheating students easily

                                  I am purchasing online study materials for my child but as per his executive or company promise it's not suitable for my child it's totally wasted his Sale person is promised me if this is not useful for your child I'll return back our service within 15 days trial after 15 days when I am calling him to stop this service or return back your gadget & refund my money they are refused to accept my call I have trying to contact him all possible way like phone call, email, his helpline no but till no any response.
                                  Also his financial partner calling him on daily basis for emi Or saying that one you will take this service then you are liable to pay full package payment or threatening me for legal or other ways of recovery.

                                  But as per his Sale staff discussion before purchase this agreement I am never chosen any financial or emi plan he is asking me a bank account no for tution fees related or as a security purpose.

                                  I'll pay my first payment through cash mode that receipt I am attached.

He is the big criminal and still he have police complaints on him. How did u higher unfit person in your company. Pls do background verification. He didn't attend the interview in proper way only fake he played big drama on his telephonic interview but without any verification you have hired him with good package (5ctc) how it is possible pls think and do some favour because he spoiled many girls life in chennai

                                    HR Bilal Korakkath was soo very rude while taking my final interview! I will make I will complain against him everywhere possible! If your HR's follow this culture in your Compay am afraid that Byjus will hit the ground soon!
                                    October 8th' 2020 was my interview you can go through the interview if you have it recorded!
                                    Have never ever come across such a rude HR ever in my life! This is not at all accepted and I will fight against Bilals behaviour!

I had send you more than 10 email. But in last email you don't reply us. And without informing us you given us loan. We not need the product so why will pay it. So take it back and refund your loan amount which has withdraw from our account.
