Byju's — fraud loan

I already cancel my order within just 2 day after order... and write all mail to cancel the product and cancel my loan... they cancel my order but still i received my pending loan amt😡😡😡 plz resolve it ...its called totally fraud... shame on big brand name

byju education counsellor came to our house. He convinced us to purchase course material of std 8 to 10th for my younger child. Free for another child who is studying in 10 th. It would cost me around 23500 rs. H e suggested me to lock they offer today only by giving cash of some -and arrange credit of sone rs from capital float. I will finalised only when i will discussion with my both children. He assured me that once i will confirm. Within 7 day i had contacted him for cancellation of product on ph, mail & whatsapp. He assured me the same. Meanwhile i had given application to bank for stop payment. Still he had deposited cheque i contacted him again for cancellation of product. He assured me it is already cancel.
On 4th july i received sms from capital float that emi is pending. Contaced byjus & capital float. Every time that assured me but both r not coordinating.
Capital float demanding emi continuesly sms & doing calls for payment. I m getting heavy penalties from bank for insufficient balance. It also affects my cibil score in bank.
My complaint against both companies that they r doing syndicate loot of indian people, harassing them, severe action must taken against them by the concerned authorities. They must apologize to me & my banker. They should do their business in more transparent way.

Byju's is a big scam i purchased course on 31st August. i told byju's advisor to cancel my course he told that you still have time to cancel After receiving the product try for 15days then i you don't like you can cancel . I received my product on 7th and 8th. I didn't verified for loan when they called me to verification i told them that i want to cancel my course but advisor told me that they will file case on Me if you don't verify please verify after that you can cancel . So i verified to my father account for emi . Then i called him many times he didn't pick my call . They didn't told me any cancellation procedure. I mailed to target IAS on 18th August they asked for registration number and order I'd . After that they didn't respond to me i called to customer care also they told that we will arrange the call back to you within 4hrs i didn't get any call. After 15 days they called me and they told that we cannot cancel you fall out 15days we talk to your parents. Now they are saying we didn't get any call back from you so now we don't cancel . It's totally a scam😠😠😡 i trapped by them. My frnds told me that they are big scam why you joined that i awared of that and i told to cancel them they are cancelling they are cheaters. Please help me anyone to cancel that course😭😭😭😭😭

Same happened to me... But I started for cancellation right the next day of registration. I clearly said I don't want to go either with order verification or loan verification. But my counselor says the process will be complicated if I don't go for loan verification. Reality is they don't consider us once the loan verification is done...

I purchased Byju's learning program on Sep 20 2022 My child using one week but that is not comfortable for my child so I informed to cancel but they said to me wait you have time to cancel so I wait another one week. Whenever I informed to cancel they not ready to cancel and said Your Request is came after 15 days so your cancellation is not possible. Then I told stop online class and only I will use tablet . Many times I called Byju's customer care to cut the EMI amount they didn't respond me I'm very sad.
