I placed an order for the course content for 8th standard igcsc (Cambridge board) through the online link provided by the executive of the company. I realised that the product was of icsc and not what i have ordered for. I kept complaining about it to various tiers and and even after 15 days of the assurance and my continuous follow up nothing happened till now. The company does not even cared to check the fate of the situation....

Due to the faulty Byju’s product received, followed by horrible service, mis-communication and UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR of ByJu’s team compelled my decision to cancel the product bought under fancy schemes offered to us which proved to be ALL FAKE upon receiving the product. Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab....

I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. Byju's agent sathish gave fake promises and didn't explained clearly about emi-loan and took loan for my cousin's son and sold byju's memory card for ₹25000 and emi around ₹2500 per month. My cousin is not educated and this byju's agent gave fake promises and not explained about the emi properly. He got signature in loan form and applied loan himself. I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....
