This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

I had taken byjus for UPSC and i cant go with it after 4months so i ask them for cancellation but they said no cancellation can be done. Still iam paying the emi for which the product im not using

    I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

      I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

        tab would not switch on

        I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to...

        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

          I have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
          I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              Please assist and close the same at earliest.

                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                  I have purchased byju's learning app in july 18 for two years. I had paid money about 25000/- against the product. Now i want to cancel the education app for the rest of the period as my daughter don't want to study with the app. As per she the app is not understandable. I requested to byju to cancelled the same for the rest of the period by charging penalty if they want. But they denied to cancelled the same. I have already return the tab to byju in april 19. Emi is deducting from bank even after returned the product to byju. Please help me.

                    I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                    Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.

                        My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                              Hi, i am already inform the yours mentors also one month back, but mentors not give good results, please help me, please cancel the byjus education app, and my son not uses the tab because no time for study, he is busy other activity, so not give time for byjus.                                 I’ve purchased byju’s tablet at 40000/- for 2 years course in 9 and 10 commerce. The councillor came at my home and we discussed about my studies and future plans. We were interested in joining the byjus but the problem is the councillor told that he will provide me with 9 and 10 icse commerce subjects and we accepted. As we told him to give commerce subjects for me in 9 -10 icse. When the tablet came and i checked that the subjects were science instead of commerce so i tried to call the councillor many times but he didn’t recieve any of my calls and this problem has affected my studies alot and i need an proper answer and help for this situation in i am. Please help me out with the subjects and if you cannot then i want to cancel this subscription and want my money back asap. Please understand my situation and help me out really quick if you really care about child’s education.

                                  I have informed the byju’s team within the time span of 15 days as told by their employee yet they are not providing me the refund saying that my 15 days started when the tablet arrived but their employee told me that my 15 days started when my books arrived i.e. on 3rd of july. After having called for more than 10 times i do not get a call nack from their cancellation team. My father had to go to its office and then they called me then too talked very rudely. And they are stating me wrong and saying no my employee wouldn’t have said that, so i am attaching the proof along with the complaint of their employee as to what have they said. The lady in the cancellation department is saying that no i cannot get a refund even if its their mistake and not mine.
                                  Please ask them to return my money as it is not a small amount.

                                  On 24.05.2019, we were approached by some Mr Sushant Anand from Byjus. Day before yesterday we had received a call from Byjus regarding the same. The person called Mr Sushant anand was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to first motivate me ragarding the exam. We being gentleman allowed him for 3 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should take this program and enroll our child in think and learn programme of Byjus. We agreed. He sent us a link and we made a payment of Rs 59500 towards that and before that he took an amount of 10500.
                                  First of all he told that he was a B TECH and that i’ll be getting my personal mentor who will be assisting me on daily basis, But i found that after 10 days also no call from bjyu’s was made instead i had to call them for assistance. He lied to us and did so to make an initial impact on us.
                                  Secondly he told that he had come from Banglore and on the same day he had to return also.
                                  We were quite impressed but later on we found out that he was still in lko when my father went to bjyu’s office in lucknow he was there and this also he was lying to make an initial impact on us.
                                  The question is, if Byjus classes has teachers like this and they don’t care to ask or assist what they will be teaching to the child. And is Byjus Classes telling it's employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud.

                                  In the starting only i told them that because of my high power i might not be able to continue the course then he said yes we will return and now the bjyu’s team is making excuses for refund.
                                  A request was made for refund on 16.06.2019 but they did not respond properly, anthough i had already called them 5 times before since 14.06.2019 but they had not register my complaint. After that started a series of torcher. They show so much reluctance in cancelling your order.

                                  On their website it is written that if the request is made within 15 days of arrival of product then the refund is initiated but again they are saying that 15 days started from 29th june instead their employee told me they started from 3rd july.It seems they want to make me tired so that I stop following them up and they eat my money.
                                  It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.
                                  In my whatsapp chat i also have the proof regarding the initiation of my 15 days trial pack as told by their employee yet they are not providing me the refund. Instead they are now sending me their refund policies on my mail and asking me to read them.

                                      As we all know about the byjus app its good for learning but for refunding they are not co-operative they said taht cancellation can only doje within 15 days but the counceler who came home for registration he said that u can cancel the subscription any time you want and now they are refusing for the cancelation and in finale i just wanted to cancel the subscription.
