Byju's — Harassing and confusing message sent on auto debit from account | |||
I have not been using any of the paid BYJUs services. I remember discussing about the services and understanding how much it cost in 3rd quarter of 2020. But suddenly I got this message stating that if your EMI is pending and your auto debit is already mandated.(message pic attached) For a person taking no paid device from BYJUs or who has ever requested one, getting such a message is not only stressing but harassing too. I am still not sure if it is a marketing gimmick. Such practices should be stopped and discouraged at all costs. Was this information helpful? | |||
