Byju's — I have canceled the course but refund has not been received

We purchased the byjus ias course in july, within the 4 days i raised the cancelation issue to byju's by contacting them and by mail on [protected]@byjus.com. From the byjus they approved the cancel but regarding its emi has not been cancel till now and they don't give me refund. Whenever i try to contact them their helpline no. Does not connect my phone to their executives. I try to call my counselor who sell me products they also raise the hand. No one is give the response from byju's. Today my counselor tell me if your emi is debited then you will continue the course. Why i still continue the course if i want to cancel it.
Please help me.
