Byju's — I have taken byjus product

We have received the byjus product for class 7th to 10th. I had given so many requests to cancel the product after 25 days. We need to pay the amount for 5 emi's and the amount is 58000 and we paid 6000 rs initial amount. Finally we are not interested to continue with this product, because my child will be join in hostel and they will not allow any tabs inside school hostel. I was tried to call the customer care they are not taking care.

We are unhappy with this product and totally fraud business plan to cheat parents.
