Byju's — I want to cancel Byju's course

Hello team we received buy Byju's course for our son dhruv Soni after buying it in u days we did a mail that we don't want to continue this course so cancel it
They said that you will get a call back in 1 day but I didn't get any call from Byju's
Till today I did more then 15 mail and 20 calls but they are not cancelling my course so please help me to cancel this course and get my refund back .
I also mentioned the order I'd of Byju's product and we deposited 10000 as a admission fees so I want this back
