Byju's — I want to cancel my order at Byjus but they are not responding to me. | |
This complaint is regarding order cancelation of the product of Byjus but by the byjus side they are not responding. They are not updating me the status. Only on daily basis I mailed them regularly but they are not showing any intrest in that. On regular basis they do only talk about 5 minutes and delayed the process daily by daily.. approx 20 days completed about all the whole procedure. I am attaching some attachments but I have more attachments regarding that. Was this information helpful? | |
