I wanted to cancel the course that I purchased on 1st Jan, & I did that by sending a email to [protected]@byjus.com on 9th jan. And then I got a call from a mentor/sales guy, who then started to pressurize me into not cancelling the Course. He started to make feel quilty about wanting to cancel the course. But I also straight up said that I have made my mind about it & the course videos are also not very useful to me. Then he said that I will forward the request further, but I havent received any call since then.
