As part of the course i am supposed to receive a log in id credentials for current affairs. I have called them more than 20 times. They keep on telling me it will be resolved in 24 hours. But till date i didn't get my log in credentials. Now a days when i call and tell my details immediately they cut the call. I have sent 5-6 emails to their customer care. But they didn't reply. They have worst customer care team. They took the money and cheated me. I am planning to register a complaint with consumer court.
