[Resolved] Byju's — inappropriate behavior by the courier guy | |
Byju's should change their logistic partner as the current one does not know how to behave with a customer or even a normal person. The courier guy who came to deliver the tab i had ordered does not know to talk properly, also he was giving us the lecherous eyes. This was highly inappropriate behavior shown by him and byju's should take proper action towards it. I am not saying they are at fault here but they should know who they are working with; who can create a bad name for them also. Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Byjus team came forward and they made it clear that they condemn such a behavior. they are going to this up with their courier partner and see that the matter at hand is addressed appropriately. thank you!
