Byju's — Live classes for class 10 curriculum not provided for last six months in Pre-medical package | |||
We had purchased a package for zoya bari and hayah bari for pre-medical exams in sep 2020. Wei paid rs 1, 50, 000/- for the package. Zoya was allowed to attend live classes from her tab till march this year for class 9 curriculum only. After completion of class 9 curriculum, she has not got any link for joining live classes for class 10th curriculum. I raised my concern with the persons Ashutosh Jaswal ([protected]) and Yashpal Rana ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) through whom we purchased the package online. But they did not help. Now they have stopped picking my calls. When the matter was referred to mentors over telephone they would say revert back, but they keep changing and never got back with any solution or answer to my queries. I have failed to receive any satisfactory answer from Byjus for an amount of 1.5 lakhs I have paid online. If Ii don't get any satisfactory action on this mail, i will be forced to knock the doors of tribunal/ customer court of justice including ncdrc, new delhi for the fraud i have faced from Byjus.
