Byju's — Loan not closed for ABFL

On 12th Feb we took Byju's online course for my daughter studying in X but cancelled the admission on February 23 which is within 15 days. Byju's mentor told within 15 days we can cancel the course and money will be refunded. So we returned the Byuju's Tab and bag and we received deposit amount Rs 7000. for remaining amount Byju's team had given loan for Rs 28000 from ABFL which is still active. Although, we sent mail to Byju's finance team to cancel my loan with ABFL. No one taken care of my request. I have been continuously following Byju's Team since March to till date to cancel the loan and to get the NOC letter. Byju's finance team said our loan is cancelled and they have refunded money to ABFL. Also contacted to ABFL team but ABFL team asked they have not received the money from Byju's and asked to provide the transaction details from Byju's.

Could you please help to close this? I have sent many emails to Aditya Birla's Finance team but they are asking to provide the payment details. We are unable to contact Byju's finance team and only mentor team are available and every time they gave ID :-CMS[protected] for my issue and told my loan is cancelled. Please look into this matter seriously as not a single EMI was deducted from us and unnecessary our loan is showing active which is ultimately affecting my cibil score. Kindly help to resolve this issue and help us to get the NOC letter.
