Byju's — misbehavior by salesperson | |||
Today morning a person came to my house, with prior appointment. He gave the details and told him i need time to decide on wether to go for it or not. The person instead on buying i said ineed time to decide. He just created a scene in front of my wife and 2 children. I told him that this not the way a bijus representative should be behaving. I told him i am interested in product. He even tried to stop me taking the car. He just blocked the door when my son tried to close the house door. It is really bad on bjjus. I paid huge amount for Byjus tab and the way it was delivered it to me was not at all acceptable. even after after paying so much they cant even pack a tab right then i dont know what are they doing.

I have been trying to call the customer care but none of numbers is responsive. no one is picking up the call. really disappointing.
