Byju's — Not able to cancel Byjus subscription

Address:#6, 1st Floor, 1st cross, 3rd main Ayyppa Nagar 1st block, Devasandra main road, KR Puram

Am not able to cancel my Byjus subscription in the trial period. Byjus helpline is waste and they taken money and not cancelling subscription. They are forcing me to get the subscription.
