Byju's — not accepting complaint regarding cancellation of agreement

I am mother of parth and rudra want to cancel my agreement from start of program byjus but your company is not accepting my request. I am alone and can't afford installments of byujs also and met with accident so zero earning. Please cancel my agreement and any way. My husband is cardiac patient and earning a little. Please accept my request. My kids are staying alone at home from morning to 8pm bcoz i stay so far from them 80km from my home. Nobody is taking care of them bcoz my less earning.
