Byju's — Not accepting my cancellation request

Dear sir,
As I lost my current job from past 2months, not receiving any salary. How can I pay the amount, I have been convincing this to your manager but she is not ready to hear me, instead just go on presenting the ECS as a result my account is getting negative balance day by day. My sincere request to you please please please cancel my order and do the needful...
