Byju's — not cancelling our services

We have been fooled by byju's. They are misleading customers by using kids future as a tool.
Our emi was deducted earlier then it was told by ms. Sneha tiwari (Ahmedabad sales executive of byju's, and since then she has stopped taking our calls or reply on messages.
We were promised monthly tests to review the progress of each child but no such thing happen.
We also tried to contact support desk but no body is bothered to reply.
It seems like old hindi saying - "khel khatam, paisa hajam"
Poorest customer services and grievances services has to be of byju's. And in addition they are trained not to revert anything on mail.
Kindly help us to get our services cancelled and no further deductions to take place. So we don't lose our money any further.
