Byju's — not conversion of learning app subscription from 6 years to 1 year | |||||
I have purchased byjus app for my 2 kids one is for 10th std & another for 6th std. (For 3 years & 7 years respectively) on 30 june 18. During initial discussion it was claimed that the app & the byjus team will take care of my children like tuitions (Byjus app will replace tutions) When i saw cource material received was not cmplete for 10 th std. I complained & received new sd card after 2 month again with incomplete syllubus for maha. State board course. Till then my 10th std son was not mentored & followed up for his studies. When i asked to mentor who is assigned to my younger son she said she is not aware of the registration for my elder son (10 std) Looking at the ignorance & not caring the consumers satisfaction from byjus team, Now i am asking for migration of my subscription from 3 years & 6 years respectively to 1 year & refund my money.
