Byju's — Not received books and not paying attention

Sir, here iam father of Devendra Ghuge
I have purchased the Byju's for my son for std 5th 6th and 7th last year also paid the money too.
I have yet not received the books of six std of Byju'S classes
Our mentor not contact to us
I am sorry to say that Byju's has not given attention to students which have purchased the Byju's
Pl do need ful to us for better performance
